Eileen Kilbride has worked for over 20 years in the field of children’s mental health providing services to children, families, child welfare agencies, schools, and other community partners. She provides presentations and training to groups with regards to understanding and supporting youth with complex challenges, and developmental trauma. Eileen is a certified psychological associate and has been a member of The College of Psychologists of Ontario since 1997. She has a private practice in the Hanover area, specializing in attachment, trauma, and animal assisted therapy.
Merrilynn Downey is a behaviour/parenting specialist working as a consultant in the field of children’s mental health. In this role she provides intensive home-based support to families and consultation to schools and child welfare agencies. She has years of experience working within the school system as 1 to 1 staff with youth struggling with especially challenging behaviours. Merrilynn works with Eileen in private practice offering a variety of services including home-based support services, as well as presentations and training with regards to supporting youth with complex challenges and developmental trauma.
